Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Staffed app:

  1. Open the Staffed app on your device
  2. Tap on your Profile icon in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts

Option 2: Email Request

If you prefer, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to info@staffed.me
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete Account"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Staffed account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information and profile data
  • Your imported business information and knowledge base
  • Your reply history and preferences
  • Your tone and style settings
  • Any feedback you've provided

Note: Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data, business information, or settings. If you create a new account in the future, you will need to set up your business information again from scratch.
